Early Registration: Only $80 for an information packed 2 days! Open from February 1, 2017, through June 5, 2017. $80 registration fee includes lunches.

Late registration will be accepted from June 6, 2017, through June 16, 2017. A late registration fee of $25 will be added to the $80 registration fee. The registration fee includes lunches.

On-site registration (June 20-22, 2017) will be allowed only if space is still available. On-site registration will include a $35 late fee in addition to the $80 registration fee. Lunch may or may not be available for those who register on-site during the conference, as the conference food providers need advance counts for meals.

Method of Payment
Full payment in U.S. currency is required with registration. The following forms of payment are accepted:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club (Must be entered online or called in. For your security - do not fax, email, or mail your credit card number.)
  • Checks must be made payable to Utah State University. (Must be sent by mail with registration form.)

Confirmation & Receipt
Registrants will receive an immediate confirmation and receipt via email.

Cancellation Policy
Due to financial commitments made by the organization for meeting space and other commitments, there are no refunds. However, substitutions are accepted with a $25 processing fee.

Accommodations for Persons with Disabilities
Reasonable accommodations are available for persons with disabilities. Fourteen working days’ notice is needed to prepare materials and services. When you register, you will be asked to identify your needs, and you will be contacted for additional information.

Dietary Requirements
Medical and religious dietary requirements will be accommodated if requested at least fourteen days in advance. When you register, you will be asked to identify your specific dietary requirements.
